Another Birthday:The CSquare is Five Years Older Today

Five years ago today, I started posting in a new fangled blog which I called the CSquare. The Csquare is what what my number one son called the command center for his unit, the Marine Light Armored Reconnaissance. The blog and I followed my young Marine through his two tours of Irag and safe home again. You want to know something, I did not sweat my 13months with the Marine Corps in Vietnam one goddam bit as much (even though it included Tet when General Võ Nguyên Giáp thought he could kick our ass out of Vietnam) as much as his two tours. Funny how that is once you get old.
