Mahmoud Maawad, 29, in country illegally from Egypt, was picked up by the FBI when his credit card bounced after buying copies of "Ups and Downs of Takeoffs and Landings," "Airplane Talk," "Mental Math for Pilots" and "Mastering GPS Flying," a pilot's uniform, chart of Memphis International Airport and a DVD titled "How an Airline Captain Should Look and Act" The company that he bought the stuff from ratted him out to the F@B@I after the credit card rang up rubber at $2,500.00.. Yead buddy, who would they have called if the bad boy's credit had not bounced??? Yead right. Remember pre-9/11 when a flight school called the F#B#I and said we have some interesting bad boys here you might want to checkout...they only want to learn take off's and turns ---skip the landings...and FBI replied we'll call you. If it looks like a duck...and walks like a duck...what do you think .....gee ya think it's a thug. Mahmoud says he is only here for his college. "My school is everything. I stay in this country for seven years; I stay for the school," he said.
