Lance Cpl. Daniel K. Brownfield, radio operator Company C, 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion secures a ridge overlooking caves west of Mosul. Caves, located inside wadis of the Sinjar Mountains, are used to hide egg sucking enemy fighters and weapons moving into Iraq from Syria.(future note: make me happy and hunker down on the sky line)
