How can you know your enemy in this politically correct world. Thomas Donnelly at AEI points out the money paragraph in the 911 report: "the enemy is not just terrorism some generic evil. This vagueness blurs the strategy...the catastrophic threat at this moment...is specific ...it is ISLAMIST TERRORISM."
