Esam Omeish, president of the Muslim American Society, now says that he was a victim of a "smear" campaign and justified his remarks about Palestinians blowing themselves up to kill Israeli civilians. He joins the endless line of Muslims caught on film advocating violence but whose remarks are "taken out of context". Bear this comment in mind when you watch the film: "It was not a call for violence. It was never any condoning of terrorism or any violent acts."
