4 lbs. cream Cheese, softened
10 eggs
1/2 lb sweet butter (2 sticks)
2 1/2 cups sugar
32 oz sour cream
Juice of ½ a lemon
4 Tbl. Corn starch
1 Tbl. vanilla extract
Makes 2 cakes.
Serve with extreme caution and note well Victor Buono's admonition:"a moment of pleasure upon the lips-a lifetime of agony upon the hips.
