The CMC's wish list includes 104 million for 48 new, never been dented Wild War Pigs, 20 million for ammo and enough gear to saddle up two new infantry battalions as part of the new "don't- fight-your-daddy's-last-war" genetic code force structure changes to kill the thug-puppets.
