The Gunney is a Thief/Spy At Camp Pendelton

Marine Gunnery Sgt. Gary Maziarz, is a patriot. To help protect America from incompetent bureaucracies unwilling to share vital intell on Satanic Orc cells operating in the San Diego area Gunny Maziarz looted the Camp Pendleton Armory of 500 pounds of captured war booty (Iraqi bayonets, 4 swords, foreign combat helmets, spent mortar rounds, Romanian-made Dragunov rifles and three Colt 1911 .45-caliber pistols that may have belonged to Saddam Hussein) $12,000 worth of cameras, four armored vest plates, 1 satellite phone, five unregistered pistols, 1 Ruger automatic rifle, steroids and top secret government documents.

Most of the Top Secret files he passed on to other patriots on the A-Team. The war booty he kept for himself. More top secret files were later discovered in
Prince William County, Va. storage lockers. The secret files made the initial investigator gag. He refused to itemize the contents of the files found inside that storage locker with anything more than a generic tag:
"In order to avoid declassification of this document, I am intentionally avoiding any further description," the special agent writes, but he adds that these documents are believed "to be genuine and appropriately classified." WAPO
Gunny Maziarz is getting 26 months for misuse of top secret papers provided he rats out the A-team:

Maziarz described as accomplices:

Larry Richards, Marine Reserve Colonel and detective with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He co-founded the Los Angeles Terrorism Early Warning Group in 1996. On the military side, he has received a Bronze Star for developing psychological-warfare strategies during the Iraq war.
