Body Armor and pockets via:The Daily Journal of Kevin Kelly

Sartorial advice from Kevin Kelly, National Guard Reserve:
" Everyone is starting to do this. When you have your body armor on you can’t reach any pockets. So people cut off the bottom pockets off of their uniforms and have them sewn at an angle on their sleeves so they can actually get use out of them. Should be able to get them back in a day or two. I’m sure it will help out a lot when trying to find a pen or a small notebook to write with."
