POTUS Barack Hussein Obama wants to kill American troops by releasing photos of prisoner abuse. He says his hands are tied by a court decision but, straight up, he WANTS to release the photos to piss off the Orcs. Pissed off Orcs kill Americans. Obama wants to piss them off. If he didn't want to release the photos he could simply issue an executive order: Let so be written. Let it so be done. The photos will not be released.
