The Evil Orc holds no territory, defends no population, has no rules of warfare,no laws of morality. The Evil Orc cannot be deterred, bought off, contained, appeased, or otherwise pacified. The Evil Orc feeds on death--there is no middle ground. Not for Orcs. Not for Us. Hope and Change is not a plan. The Evil Orc can only be destroyed.
